Step 1: Review Case Pricing
- Wholesale case pricing applies only when ordering 12 or more of the same item.
- Mixing products does not qualify (for example: 6 of Product A + 6 of Product B ≠ a case).
Step 2: Email Your Order
Send your order to: soultenderwellnesspayments@gmail.com
Please include:
- Company name + contact person + phone number
- Items and quantities (remember: 12+ of one item = case pricing)
- Shipping address (or client’s shipping address if drop-shipping)
- Billing address (for card on file or new card)
- Cardholder name and card number (if not already on file)
- Billing ZIP code
Step 3: Billing & Processing
- We will bill the card provided (or card on file).
- If you’d like us to ship directly to your client (drop ship), just provide their shipping address in the email.
Step 4: Shipping
- Orders are processed and shipped promptly after billing.
- We currently do not ship outside the United States.
- Tracking will be sent to email given through Stamps.com
Special Notes
- If we have your card on file, you only need to send the updated shipping address with your order.
- For new orders, make sure to clearly include billing ZIP code for verification.
